great service, great value

Took out excess cover as well. When I arrived at Myrtle Beach SC the only issue was to fill the car up before return, no trying to buy a bigger vehicle or sell me further insurance. Quality of Dodge Vans were excellent. The trip was a golf trip for 9 guys. had two vans and everything was smooth and easy. Per-head it was really good value as well.

I have been using 121 Car Hire for some years now and must say, it is easy and straight forward. Rather than looking around on various car hire companies, 121 Car Hire uses all major companies and offer a very competitive prices. Very satisfied, have booked with them a few times already and will happily continue to book with 121 in the future. Will most definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Easy to book friendly and a good price

The booking was easy to understand, but read the small print, you dont always get the car you want! ( it does say that though) which was a shame as I did want a Mustang :( San Fransico pick up and drop off point dead easy. Car was good condition and clean when we got it not so when i took it back (sorry!. No mileage limit was also a bonus. I will use again.

I was very happy with the car and service of people. I had to fiddle on the website a bit to work out an easy location to collect the car and make sure that I could return it on a Sunday. Many places would not allow Sunday returns, but 121 would which was very important to me. The other problem was that I nominated the station as a pick up and return point only to find that they do NOT pick up or return at the station. A staff member kindly and very quickly picked us up and looked after us well. I had to return the car and was not given directions from Reading so did have a bit of trouble finding the depot again.

Easy going, hassle free company. Would recommend to other travelers but suggest more info about getting to car hire location. (Relevant to Toronto. Shuttle needs to drop off at car hire location, not the hotel).

Simply fantastic

I have to admit that after beating the competition hands down price wise I was a little sceptical when our similar vehicle choice changed when we booked our car. However, as I had made a slight mistake I phoned 121's friendly and professional service team who swiftly resolved the issue and put my mind at ease. Our car was through Alamo, who again were impressive - albeit 121 beat them hands down on their direct price. Our Jeep was perfect for driving upto and around icy Whistler, Canada and I will most certainly use www.121carhire.com in the future.

Las Vegas Airport is located just five miles away from the down town district where there are a huge number of hotels and obvious casinos. With no clocks found in any of the gambling buildings its worth adjusting you watch when you arrive. If you choose a car hire at Las Vegas Airport USA (LVA) it is just a short bus ride away.

A lot awaits you when arriving at the airport, shopping can take a few days with top brand names available found across both of the terminals. If you need a meal there is a great selection to choose from. The usual fast food outlets like Wendy's and Burger King are readily found. More full hearty meals are available from a selection of American themed grill houses.

Cheap car hire at Las Vegas Airport USA (LVA) is a great way to get around and see the sights the city and surrounding area has to offer. Bureau de change, ATMs and banks can be found in the airport for any monetary needs. Internet is offered free of charge for persons who have Wi-Fi compatible lap-tops and PDAs.

The airport is forever expanding and in 2012 a new terminal housing an additional 14 gates should be completed. With this in mind extra facilities have been moved away from the terminal buildings. Car rental units can now be found via a short courtesy bus ride to a new area with car parking spaces for 5,000 cars.

The Las Vegas Monorail has plans to extend its track into the airport area in the future. Private limousine can be booked as well as normal taxis into the heart of Las Vegas at pre-arranged fixed prices. A bus service is also available for those wishing to use public transport.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?
