Good service and easy to handle car

We used the very good 121 site and were given service by Eurocar on arrival at Paphos airport where all was fine with their office being just outside customs, all within easy access and collection and quick service and directions. The Ford Fiesta car proved very easy to handle, economical, with excellent controls, maps included and air conditioning! The return of the car and drop off keys point and parking were also very clear and easy to follow, no problems whatsoever. Thanks 121 and Eurocar for a great and satisfactory service. We will certainly use you again in future when we return again soon to beautiful Cyprus with its excellent climate, blue , crystal clear sea and clean beaches( ideal for children and families), stunning scenery up in the mountains( very few cars on the roads up there) and good food and hospitality.An extra bonus was the fact that cars drive on the left in Cyprus as in the UK.

Generally a good experience. I'm glad I didn't need to use the excess insurance I bought off the Web Site, I would have had to pay the excess to Avis and then claim it back (too much hassel), it would have been simpler to use the Avis insurance I was offered at the car pick up. I had selected a small car (only 2 of us)for fuel economy and anticipating parking difficulties (as in Majorca). I was upgraded to a Ford Focus convertible, it was a bit thirsty but parking was no problem. Initial introduction to the car by Avis was very thin. I insisted that they show me that the roof operated. The cruise control would have been very useful but I only managed to work out how to operate it on the final day. I hadn't realised that we needed to take the car back empty of fuel and were charged for a full tank anyway, as it happens this was not a problem.

We have collect the car from GreenMotion hollidayInn Heathrow, it was easy and fast, the price was the lowest among all rentals, the car was in perfect condition, and the drop-of prosses took no longer than 5 minutes. highly recomended service and rental.

Value for money

Collection and drop off great. Car was quite high mileage, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not particularly happy about the 10 euro charge for cleaning, after all I'm not going to try find a car wash at 4am in a country I'm not familiar with. Friendly staff.

Got upgraded to really great car with good price offer. Surprised to find car had sat nav, reversing camera and parking sensors together with cruise control. Diesel fuel just made the experience a joyful one. Service was excellent with friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Picked up promptly from the airport and car hire only a couple of minutes from the airport. Website stated car fuel was 1/4 full and return 1/4 full. But this did not happen. I was told by easirent that I had to pay for 1/4 tank (they charged £20) and return empty. However the tank was not quite 1/4 full.

Very easy booking system with clear information. Pick up and drop off were easy. We had a very new car which was above our expectations. An agent was waiting for us at pick up and drop off and dealt with us speedily. Could have been better

The website great, easy to book, print vouchers and that's it. Our car-hire company was KlassWagen Auto - positive: easy to collect, polite, friendly customer service. They speak English very well. Car was clean condition. Good fuel policy (full to full), no out of service hours charge - eg: our flight was landed at 9pm and she was very helpful and no extra charge for late collection. Negative: Where to start......well you need to pay 30euro for winter tyre - which let's say fair enough BUT the winter tyre were AWFULLL-NO tread design in the middle at all(it was flat) it's seriously dangerous to drive a car like that in winter/snowy condition. They charge every single time 30euro Why didn't you change the tires?????? The car was so noisy when we were sitting inside -like an airplane, because of the tires I guess. When we drove the car the steering wheel was kind of shaking in your hand- I guess again because of the tyre. She said we need to return the car in clean condition.... WTF?!? I never heard such a thing ever. Otherwise it will be a charge or something...... no comment. Also we didn't complain at the scene because what can they do at 9-10pm at the airport, and we were exhausted with the children. When we returned again we were hurry to check in and go. Just a lesson for a future to our self. Probably it's depend which car you get. I would not recommend this car at all. Customer service good. But certainly they need to take more attention for technical issues with older cars. And please don't save the money on winter tyres 2 adults and 2 children life valued more than 30euro.

Larnaca Airport is one of two airports found in the southern part of Cyprus. It caters for most travellers heading to the southeast end of the island and also doubles as an international hub for journeys to the Middle East. It currently handles all traffic through one terminal until the end of 2009 when Terminal 2 is opened to the public.

For now facilities at the airport are in the basic range with a few restaurants littered around serving European and local dishes. Cheap car hire at Larnaca Airport (LCA) is on hand in the Arrivals hall. An information kiosk with details on other transportation options including a taxi price list is found close to the car rental shops.

The island has some great sites to explore with architecture dating back to ancient Greek times. Larnaca town is less than five miles away and has a harbour with plenty of restaurants on the promenade. Boat excursions can also be taken from here to long sandy beaches like Fig Tree Bay or more secluded areas.

Access to the airport is relatively simple and it is well signposted off major roads close to Larnaca. A 500 capacity car park is found to the front of the airport and disabled parking facilities with larger bays are also located in the same car park.

Cheap car hire at Larnaca Airport (LCA) is an excellent choice for people who want to do a lot of sightseeing on Cyprus as you travel at your own leisure. A wide selection of brand name companies can all be located in Terminal 1.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).
