Cheapest website

I rented a Huyndai Accent from Ataturk airport (Istanbul) and it was cheap automatic. The original car from the website was suppose to be Ford focus but they gave me Accent Diesel 1.6 engine which was fine. It was Automatic. Good points: 1- I collected the car from the airport garage and delivered it in front of the departure entrance. 2- cheap price. Bad points: 1- I requested Ford focus and I got Accent. 2- I requested Petrol and I got diesel. 3- I paid 12 Turkish lira for airport garage which I was not suppose to pay.

Not a Fiesta

I booked a Fiesta size vehiucle and was presented with a Megane size vehicle with a boot. On calling the hire company from the airport I waited about 5 mins for the car to arrive. There were a number of scratches on the car, however it was clean, comfortable and everything worked. On returning the car, the hire companyu rep was waiting for me at the agreed time, he checked that there was the correct amount of fuel in the car, smiled, waved and drove away happy. Minimum fuss! I would recommend this com[any to anyone looking for cheap, hassle free car hire.

Great service!

The local company was waiting for us at the airport with a sign so it could not have been any easier. The car was good and at the end of the holiday they dropped us off to the airport. Only criticism we would have is the fact that our voucher had prices in pounds and dollars but the amount in local currency was more than expected.

121carhire.com as a good rental agent/broker

The whole rental process worked like a treat. The local supplier used/broked by 121carhire.com has no desk in the airport, which surprised me initially. Then, the guy from the supplier turned up and picked me and wife to the rental office off the airport. After that, things went well as expected. I even felt lucky to drop off the vehicle to the office and let the guy give us a lift back to the airport terminal as the airport is under a major construction work and the traffic with detour road is really a mass.

Good experience - car was ready on time with no hidden extras. I had booked a GPS but this was not available which was disappointing. Eventually one was found but I had to pay cash for it. I think this was a genuine mix up as the initial car supplier was changed during Bangkok floods and I think that the GPS request just didn't get transferred. No big deal as they found one but could have been a problem. Overall, happy enough. Car was nearly new and high spec. Nice and clean. No mechanical issues and easy return.

Dalaman Airport is modern and efficient. It is situated close to the town of Dalaman and offers a gateway to many beautiful seaside resorts and scenic drives through the Turkish countryside, making cheap car hire at Dalaman Airport a great choice. The airport receives flights from Europe several times a week as well as regular domestic flights.

There is a domestic terminal and a very modern international terminal. The international terminal cost in excess of US$150 million to construct. There are 14 aircraft stands and four gates. The international and domestic terminals can handle up to 3.5 million passengers a year, but currently handle 2.5 million. The terminals are cool and comfortable and have good facilities such as ATM machines, post office and car hire companies.

Snacks and fast food are well provided for and you will find many familiar names and brands in the terminal; KFC and McDonalds to name but two. There is a good coffee shop but it is a little expensive. There are also many gift shops and duty-free shops; these too can be a little pricey so try to bargain. Most of the shops are not open 24 hours.

Buses serve as a link between the airport and Dalaman Town. These are infrequent and only one bus runs this route in the morning and there is a late afternoon service only on Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Taxis operate from the airport. Try to agree a price first, as they can be expensive.

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
