We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Since its overhaul in 2005, the new Rhodes Airport has seen an increase in international flights and charter flights. The airport is open all year round, but is busy most notably from April to October. Summer season is a popular time to visit this charming Greek isle. Rhodes is a coastal city making it a lovely setting for a summer drive, cheap car hire at Rhodes Airport can be arranged inside the terminal.

This single terminal airport is easy to navigate with ATMs and currency exchange located near the gates upon arrival. A chemists and bookshop are also located in the terminal. Passengers may choose to dine at either the restaurant, bar, or small cafe. The terminal also houses a small shopping centre.

VIPs may also take advantage of the airports VIP lounge, which offers certain business services as well including fax and copy. Various travel agents also keep offices inside the airport terminal so that further travel plans may be made directly upon arrival. Cheap car hire at Rhodes Airport may also be booked in the terminal.

Parking is provided across the road in a modest sized parking structure. Long term parking may also be arranged at the outdoor parking facility. Drop off and pickups are accommodated directly in front of the terminal entrance.

Passengers may opt to take public transportation which is just a short walk from the airport (300m). The airport information desk can be contacted upon arrival for routes and timetables. Taxis are also waiting outside the terminal and may be hired for a short 16kms ride into the city of Rhodes. BCar rental is also available inside the terminal near baggage claim.
