Your car rental reservation is made directly with the Service Provider who will be responsible for the provision of arrangements. At point of booking you will be required to agree to the Service Provider,s terms and conditions and will be bound by these. We suggest you read these carefully prior to placing a booking. You acknowledge that in making a booking you do so only on the basis of the material contained in the Service Provider's terms and conditions. We do not provide any representation, endorsement or warranties of any kind.
These terms are subject to the laws of England and jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Subject to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss and we shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation, all liability in relation to inaccurate information, disruptions, errors, delays, malicious software damage, content and availability of external websites we link to, or intellectual property right infringements. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We retain the right to change, refuse access or withdraw any part of the website at any time; termination shall be without prejudice to our other rights.
