eRentals is a trading name of Sublime Systems Ltd. Any reference to "us" "we" "our" in these Terms refer to Sublime Systems Ltd.
www.eRentals.co.uk (hereafter referred to as "website") offers access to services by organisations involved in the vehicle rental business "Service Provider" We do not accept any liability for the performance of the Service Provider, information is provided “as is”, without any representation, endorsement or warranties of any kind including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, compatibility or accuracy. Your car hire reservation is made directly with the Service Provider. At point of booking you will be presented with the Service Provider’s Terms and Conditions and Car Rental Conditions and you will be required to tick a box to confirm you understand and agree to these terms as you will be bound by them. You acknowledge that in making a booking you do so only on the basis of the material contained in the Service Provider’s Rental Terms. The Service Provider will take payment from your payment card and provide you with a booking reference number, thus forming the contract with you. For the avoidance of doubt we are not party to this contract. The current Service Provider is Atlas Choice Ltd, 3 Castle Row, Horticultural Place, Chiswick, London, W4 4JQ. Use of any materials and information contained on the website is entirely at your own risk, for which we will not be held liable. It is your responsibility to check that the product(s) are suitable for your exact requirements by reading the rental terms available when vehicle has been selected.
We retain the right to change, refuse access, withdraw any part or the whole website at any time, without notice to you; termination shall be without prejudice to our other rights. We reserve the right to change the Service Provider at any time, without notice.
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property and material published on the website. We do not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trademark; the trademarks of the brands featured on the website belong to their respective owners. These works are protected by copyright laws. Copyright includes design, look and feel of the website, text, html code and metadata. We do not permit you any rights to modify, reproduce, alter or use any content, image, mark or logo. You must not use any part of our site for commercial purposes, without our express written permission and you must not use modify or alter any marks or logos which could take advantage of our reputation and/or goodwill. However, in order to facilitate a booking you may print off pages from our site for personal reference only, providing our status as author of material is always acknowledged. You must not modify or reproduce copies of any materials you have printed. If in our opinion you are found to have used, downloaded, reproduced or altered any material or images in breach of these terms your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must destroy any copies of material in your possession.
Subject to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss and we shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation, all liability in relation to inaccurate information, disruptions, errors, delays, malicious software damage, content and availability of external websites we link to, or intellectual property right infringements. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
